Jessica Gonzalez, Founder and CEO
Jessica is a PCC-level Executive Coach, leadership development expert, and certified Enneagram and Energy Leadership trainer. Jessica is passionate about helping create leaders and teams that inspire people to do their best work and live as their most aligned selves.
Jessica draws on 18 years of strategy consulting, program management, and employee engagement experience at Fortune 500 companies and large non-profit organizations across healthcare, tech, and the defense industry.
Jessica has been featured in Authority Magazine and was named as one of the top 15 coaches in the Austin area in 2025.
